Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials for our client portal.
5. Payment and Refund Policy Fees for services are due as agreed upon at the time of booking or prior to filing. Due to the nature of the work performed (time and legal expertise), refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced, regardless of the IRS's acceptance or rejection of the return based on your tax liability.
6. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the "Snap & Upload" process description, is the property of KD Tax / Berhanu Law Firm and is protected by copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, KD Tax and David Berhanu, Esq. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on information provided herein.
